Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Securely

  Place your jewelry in its original Mikado Diamonds packaging, including all diamond certificates, appraisals, and gift boxes provided.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item's condition. Approved returns will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
